Spy Valley Unoaked Chardonnay 2007

Tasting Notes

Spy Valley Unoaked Chardonnay 2007 - Ant Mackenzie

Chardonnay grapes are selected from our Marlborough vineyards, gently crushed and fermented warm in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wines are aged for four months prior to blending and bottling. The wine is typical of ripe Chardonnay with aromas of peach and apricot and a full bodied rich palate. A hint of mineral contributes to the wines’ vibrant character.
