Spy Valley Pinot Noir Rose 2011 - Paul Bourgeois

The Rose is produced from Pinot Noir grapes that are hand harvested from our Marlborough vineyards. A portion of these are pressed and the remainder drained off skins immediately after harvest, producing a fruit driven refreshing wine.

Winemaking

Grapes were hand picked, with a portion being pressed and the remainder drained off skins immediately after harvest. The wine was bottled following fermentation in both oak barrels and stainless steel.
