Winemaking
After picking each vineyard parcel was slowly fermented with selected yeast strains. The wines were settled clear and aged on light yeast lees for 2 months prior to blending and bottling.

Classical mineral aromas combine with lime and lemons. Delicate notes of jasmine, orange blossom and cinnamon.
Palate
Fine, steely acidity is balanced by ripe citrus fruit flavours and natural sweetness. Spicy hints add interest to this elegant Riesling.
