After picking and pressing the individual parcels were fermented slowly with a portion of old oak fermentation and a small percentage going through malolactic fermentation.

Guava, melons and ripe pears with a dash of baked apple crumble.
Palate
Long and rich. Ripe fruit up front leading to a complex finish. A full palate but retaining lovely elegance.
