Winemaking
After picking and pressing the individual parcels were fermented slowly with a portion of old oak fermentation and a small percentage going through malolactic fermentation.

Palate
Concentrated and rich with a long, harmonious finish. Bright fruit is complemented by subtle lees influenced characters.
