Winemaking

Clean ripe fruit was picked and hand plunged before being aged in 90% oak barrels prior to blending and bottling.

Bright Garnet

Bouquet

Cherry, Strawberry and plum round out the fruits with a seasoning of gentle oak spice.

Palate

Crisp and fresh, the palate emphasises the red fruit spectrum and concludes with a supple, dry finish.
