Envoy Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Tasting Notes

Envoy Sauvignon Blanc 2009 - Paul Bourgeois

After several years of vineyard and stylistic exploration, we now have a wine we think is pretty special. Selected from our oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines that are Bordeaux clonal selections, these grapes have always been quite different in flavour and palate characteristics than the rest of our vines. The wine gains complexity and structure from oak fermentation and aging.
