Grapes were hand selected and picked from our original plantings of Pinot Gris. They were then whole bunch pressed and slowly fermented for 6 months in a German oak oval.

Exotic characters of wax, spice and nuts overlaid on classic fruit notes of pear and melon.
Palate
Juicy, pure fruit characters carry on from the nose. Light, crisp and refreshing, the palate is very accessible now but will reveal its more complex side with maturity.
