Grapes were hand selected and picked from our original plantings of Pinot Gris. They were then whole bunch pressed and fermented in German oak ovals. The wine was aged for a further seven months on lees prior to bottling.

Mineral and pear characters. Underlying suggestions of melon/pineapple.
Palate
The tautness on the nose continues onto the palate. This mineral/slate character contributes structure to balance the natural richness in the wine.
