Winemaking
Grapes were hand selected and picked from our original plantings of Pinot Gris. They were then whole bunch pressed and fermented in German oak ovals. The wine was aged for a further seven months on lees prior to bottling.

Heavy honey dew nectar, pineapple and custard. Bold.
Palate
The clear impression is of weight through high extract. This almost oily consistency is fortunately contained by the underlying fruit phenolics.
