Winemaking
Grapes were hand selected and picked from our original plantings of Pinot Gris. A portion was fermented in a large German oak oval with the remainder in old French oak barriques. After ageing on lees for 7 months, the wine was blended and bottled.

Ripe, low cropping fruit has expressed lavish palate weight that supports a dry and sophisticated structure.
