Envoy Dry Riesling 2008

Tasting Notes

Envoy Dry Riesling 2008 - Paul Bourgeois

The top terrace known as 'D Block' is home to the Germanic clones of Riesling GM110 and GM239 which best express this site and climate.  It is from this site that the fruit for Envoy Dry Riesling is hand selected.  In true Envoy style, this wine is left to ferment at its own pace in oak ovals, developing into a rich and full wine with secondary fruit characters and great aging potential.
