Alluvial based shallow and stony soils with overlying sandy loam. Silt and clay lenses in places.

Clean ripe fruit was picked and hand plunged before being aged in 90% oak barrels prior to blending and bottling.
Cherry, strawberry and plum round out the fruits with a seasoning of gentle oak spice.
Crisp and fresh, the palate emphasises the red fruit spectrum and concludes with a supple, dry finish.
