We take great pleasure in showcasing our stunning wines and setting whilst allowing you to take control of the event and put your own personal touch on the occasion. 

Wedding Ceremonies

Ceremonies can be held in the beautiful landscaped areas in front of the tasting area or in the function room.

Cocktail style weddings or events

Events for up to 80 people that do not require seating, can be held in our function room at the end of our cellar door area and on the lawns surrounding it. Large sliding doors open up the room, creating a flow through effect.

Seated dining – up to 50 people

Seated events for up to 50 people can be held in our function room at the end of our cellar door area. You are required to hire tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, water glasses etc. You may also need to hire a chiller depending on the requirements of your caterers.

Seated dining – 50 to 120 people

Events for between 50 and 120 people require a marquee on the lawn outside the function area. We recommend that the marquee area be used for dining while the function area be set up for entertainment later in the evening. You would be required to hire the marquee and all that it contains, including tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, water glasses etc. Aside from the hire of the marquee, tables and chairs you will need to hire 2 portaloos and a chiller. We will arrange the required marquee consent with the council and on-charge the cost.


Spy Valley has a wide range of wines available for your event, including a sparkling wine. We ask that you drink Spy Valley Wines, and we charge on a bottle consumption basis. We sell at cellar door prices and have a wide range of styles and prices available. Click here for our current wine list. We are happy to provide the beer(s) of your choice and non-alcoholic beverages on request. POA. You are welcome to use our branded XL5 wine glasses, but you will need to hire champagne flutes and beer glasses (if required) as well as water glasses.


Spy Valley Wines contains a commercial kitchen which is available for use. We do not have an on-site chef, but can recommend some excellent caterers in the area.


The function room is available for music and dancing. We have a sound system available for use. Your own musician/band is welcome to use it, or we can play your music from our i-pod dock.


Your event can be held at Spy Valley Wines anytime if our venue is available. We will close the cellar door to the public if required. Disruption to existing business will be taken into account. The premises must be vacated by midnight unless otherwise agreed by Spy Valley Wines. We are happy to pre-order taxis but would recommend that you organise buses for larger functions to transport guests home safely.
