Vintage Report 2007

Variable fruitset keeping cropping levels in check and retaining fruit intensity.

The vintage was easy with no weather pressure and balanced crops ripening well within the available window. Acids remained balanced and fruit built flavour through ripening. Riesling and Pinot Noir were probably the vintage highlights although Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer show great intensity and weight.
