Cellar Door

Based in the Waihopai Valley in Marlborough you'll see our award winning architecturally designed winery and have the chance to taste our current vintage Spy Valley and Envoy wines. We have a full range of summer and winter merchandise, books, plus olive oil for tasting. Best of all, it's all free - we won't charge you a tasting fee.

During harvest (March-April) we'll give you the chance to taste the freshly pressed grape juice before fermentation. Plus throughout the year we'll have tastings of the various blends of wine that our winemakers are in the process of making, so you can get a sneak preview of our future vintages.

While you're here you're more than welcome to stop for a picnic in the sun and enjoy the view. And if you have time the famous Spy Station satellite domes are just down the road.

And we haven't forgotten about the non-wine drinkers either, there's FREE espresso coffee for the sober driver and a kid's corner complete with bean bags, blackboard and Spy activity sheets.

Summer (Sept 17th - end April)

Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm

Winter (end April - mid October)

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm

Excluding:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday & Anzac Day.
